Step 1: End the process in the TaskManager.
Press”CTRL+ALT+DEL”to enter the task manager.
 Step 2: Trying to remove associate files below.

Step 3:Deleting the registry.
 Press”Win+R”,then type “regedit” and hit enter .
Find the following registry entries and delete them
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Run\random.exe"
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings "WarnOnHTTPSToHTTPRedirect" = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System "DisableRegedit" = 0
Step 4:Reboot the system to make your change effective.
