Infected with Cheshire Police Authority Virus. Help!

Removal instruction:

Step 1: Launch your computer into the Safe Mode with Networking.
            Restart your PC before windows launches, tap “F8” constantly. Choose “Safe Mode with Networking”  option, and then press Enter key.


 Step 2: Open the Task Manager.
            Open the Task Manager by pressing keys Ctrl+Alt+Del or Ctrl+Shift+Esc at the same time, search for Cheshire Police Authority Virus processes and right-click to end them.
 

Step 3: Get rid of the listed files created by Cheshire Police Authority Virus:
             %Temp%\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe
             C:\Documents and Settings\<Current User>
             C:\Users\<Current User>\AppData\

Step 4: Tap Win+R keys together to pop up the Run box, type in regedit and hit OK to open Registry Editor;
 
Then find out the following Cheshire Police Authority Virus registry entries and delete them:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe
