Step 1: Enter the Safe Mode with Networking.
Keep tapping F8 when your computer restarts and then choose Safe Mode with Networking.

Step 2: Remove it from the Control Panel
Click  Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a program . Find the  PC Performer and then uninstall it.
