Step 1: enter the Safe Mode with Networking.


Step 2: Remove it from the control panel:
Go to Control Panel>>Program>>Uninstall a program.


Find Registry Optimizer and remove it.

Step 3: Open the registry editor and remove corrupted registry values.

Find the following registry values and remove them:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings “CertificateRevocation” =Random
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\run\Random.exe
