Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager, find Random.exe and end it.

Click  Start>Control Panel>Appearance and Personalization>Folder Option>View.
Under the View tab,click Show hidden files, folders, and drives>>Ok.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Explorer\run\Random.exe

Find out and remove the associated files of this browser hijacker:
%AppData%\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Templates\random.exe
%Temp%\random.exe
