Step 3: Go to the Registry Editor.
Hit Win+R>>type regedit>>hit Enter.
Find the following registry values and then delete them all:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\random
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run\

Find the following corrupted files and then remove it:
C:\WINDOWS\assembly\GAC\random letters
C:\WINDOWS\system32\random letters
