Step 1: Launch your computer into Safe Mode with Networking.

 Step 2:Open the Task Manager and end the process.
      Press”Ctrl+Alt+Del”to enter the Task Manager and find Random.exe, end it.

Step 3: Delete the associate files:
      %AllUsersProfile%\random.exe
      %Temp%\random.exe
      %AllUsersProfile%\Application Data\random

Step 4:Delete corrupted registry entries.
      Press"Win+R"and then type "regedit"and hit "Enter".
  

Find the following corrupt entries and delete them:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Random
