What is the Backdoor.win32.zaccess.crwj?




Backdoor.win32.zaccess.crwj can be categorized as dangerous backdoor which will give hackers the full authorization to access and compromise your computer. It was implanted in the attachment of a spam E-mail and your computer will get infected if you click the attachment out of your curiosity. Step 1: Enter the safe mode with networking.
Restart your computer >> As your computer restarts but before Windows launches, tap “F8″ key constantly >> Use the arrow keys to highlight the “Safe Mode with Networking” option and then press ENTER >> If you don’t get the Safe Mode with Networking option, please restart the computer again and keep tapping "F8" key immediately.



Step 2: Show the hidden files.
Enter the Folder Options from Control Panel. Under View tab, select Show hidden files and folders and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended), and then click OK. Remember to back up essential files beforehand.



Step 3: enter the registry
Press “Win+R” and then type “regedit” in the box and press “Enter”. 



Find the following registry entries and then delete it:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Temp
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\LowRegistry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

 Step 4:reboot the system.
