National Security Agency Internet Surveillance is a ransomware that was developed by those hackers who were driven by profit and targeted area is America. This is a tricky ransomware that even antivirus failed to detect its existence. Once it gets on your computer, it is the beginning of the nightmare. Its little tricks is that it pretends to be some kind of authorities or law enforcement body and scare you that your computer is locked due to your crimes like viewing the porn sites ,distributing of viruses or others. Your screen is locked and it says you have to pay the fine of certain amount of money (like 300dollar) if you want your screen unlocked.  Step 1Enter the safe mode with networking.
1: restart your computer
2: keep tapping F8 when the computer restarts but before  windows launches
3: Use the arrow keys to highlight the “Safe Mode with Networking” option and then press ENTER



Step 2: Enter the registry and then delete following registry entries 



Find following registry entries and then delete them:
 HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System “DisableTaskMgr” = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\random

Step 3:enter the taskmanager
Press”CTRL+ALT+DEL” and then enter the task manager.Find the Random.exe and then delete it.
