Step 1:Enter
the safe mode with networking.
1: restart your computer
2: keep tapping F8 when the computer restarts
but before windows launches
3: Use the

ENTER
Step 2: Enter the registry and then delete following
registry entries
Find following registry entries and then delete them:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
“DisableTaskMgr” = 0
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\random
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\random
Step 3:enter the taskmanager
Press”CTRL+ALT+DEL” and then enter the task manager.Find
the Random.exe and then delete it.
