What is Uninstall Savings Scout?
Savings Scout is a browser add on that install in your computer without being detected by other antivirus. Normally, this annoying add-on can be spread by spam Emails, free downloads or insecure sites. If a computer is infected with Savings Scout, the most obvious thing is that tons of ad or pup-ups show up in your computer. You close this one, another ad pops up. So it severely influences your browsing experience.
Besides, those kind of add on can damage your computer. Tiny it is, Savings Scout was designed with malicious code and can perform other evil actions in your computer. It can download other programs without your permission and then those programs it downloaded can be a great threat to your computer. Savings Scout can also open the backdoor—the computer ports, making hackers invade your computer without making many efforts. In order to stay in your computer, it has to change your browser and system’s setting, especially the registry, the kernel part of a computer. After hacker get on your computer, they can monitor what you do on your machine, collect your private information and then send it back to remote server.
Why antivirus could not handle it?
First, it is an add-on that required when you use your browser, so the problem is antivirus could hardly tell the difference between a good add-on and a malicious one. Also, Savings Scout changes a lot, making it hard to track.
